Individual Telehealth Therapy for Adults

Meeting via a secure videoconference platform allows us to work on your goals from the comfort of your own home. Empirical evidence shows that telehealth can be as effective as in-person therapy, with the added benefit of convenience and improved access to care. You must be a resident of California with access to internet and a computer/smart phone/tablet.

To help you achieve lasting improvements in your quality of life, we will combine non-judgmental insight to understand both surface concerns and their root causes with deliberate actions to address them. When you choose to begin therapy with me, we make a mutual commitment to:

  1. Show up. Therapy is most successful when we meet consistently.

  2. Speak up. Clear and honest communication about what is working and not working is essential in a successful therapeutic relationship.

  3. Roll up our sleeves. Therapy is work both during and between sessions, and will be most effective when we take our skills out of sessions into real-life practice.
